You can privately ask an Inspector or Administrator for personal assistance through sitemail. Inspectors (marked with a silver badge 
) can address issues with images. Look for their advice in the Critique Request forum. Administrators, (marked with a gold badge 
or a temporary Special Ops badge 
) can address issues with site functions or policies. If an Administrator can't address a specific issue, they will know exactly who to refer you to for the best response.
