2.4 Guidance
While we stand behind our Inspection team, we recognize your right to raise concerns. If you ever feel that a decision may warrant a second opinion, there is an avenue. The iStock Guidance Department is available to look at individual cases where members feel an image deserves another look. While they will consider the case, you should not expect them to reverse the judgment. However, they may provide further insight into the reason behind a rejection, and offer more comprehensive suggestions for improvement.
We will watch the Guidance Department for abuse. Please refer to the Scout Submission Guidelines at the top of the iStock Discussion forum. Ensure you have a legitimate case by researching the background of your situation before you hit "send". You may even answer your own question in the process.
