How do I sign up?

To sign up, you will need to have a minimum of $100 in your account. When you do, you can then go to:

Account Details -> Request Payment of Earnings

How long will it take to receive the iStock branded Payoneer card?

2-4 weeks. Delivery time is dependent on local mail services and therefore changes from country to country.

When can I make my first payment request?
You will not be able to make a payment request until you receive your MasterCard® in the mail and then activate the card.

How long does a payment request take?

Payoneer requests are processed on business days only. Normal turnaround time will be 5 – 10 business days. Once the request has been processed, Payoneer will issue an email requesting you to accept payment. At this time you will be given the option to receive funds in the standard 3 business days or have the transfer expedited to immediate load for an extra fee (loading occurs within 2 hours). Please note iStock will pay the standard transfer fee on your behalf, should you choose to have the payment expedited you will be responsible for the associated extra fee.

How can I use my Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard®?

The Prepaid MasterCard® can be used worldwide at any retail establishment and/or online store that accepts MasterCard®, to place mail/telephone orders when a MasterCard® is an acceptable means of payment and to withdraw cash at an ATM.

How does my Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard® work at an ATM?

The ATM (Automatic Teller Machine) may let you obtain funds available on your card. ATM networks consist of many providers. To determine if your card can be used at a particular ATM look for the logo on the back of the card. If the logo is located on the ATM, your card can be used at that ATM.

Withdrawal limits at ATMs may vary since they are set by the bank issuing the card as well as the company operating the individual ATM device.

Who can use direct deposit?

Direct deposit is available to US bank account holders only. Deposits will be made ONLY to accounts legally held in the name of the iStock contributor requesting payment. Normal turnaround time will be 5 – 10 business days.

Cheques are processed on the 15th and 30th of every month. You can see a schedule of cut off times and payment days here. You will be notified by email when your cheque has been processed, printed and mailed. Delivery times vary depending on the mail carrier. Please allow 1 week for delivery in the continental USA/Canada and 4 to 6 weeks delivery for all other locations.

Paypal, Moneybookers and Payoneer payments are processed on business days only. They are paid every week depending on when your payout request was made. Please see the schedule of cut off times and payment days here.
