Top Where can I find a record of my downloaded images?

Your download history is stored in your account details. Click on the ‘Account Details’ tab at the top of the site. Then click the ‘Financials’ tab and then click on ‘View Downloads’. Here you will find your download history. Please Note: if you want to re-download an image, credits will be deducted from your account.

Top Where can I see how many credits I have left?

Once you have logged into your account, you will see your remaining credits at the top of the screen next to the ‘Credits’ tab.

Top How do I activate the content filter?

To turn the content filter on or off, click on the ‘Control Panel’ tab at the top of the screen. Under ‘General’ you will be able to enable or disable the ‘Adult Content Filter’.

Top How do I change my member name?

If you would like to change your member name, please contact Client Relations and include the new member name you would like to use.

Top How can I change my password?

To change your password, click on the ‘Account’ link at the top of the site. Then click on ‘Account Details’. On the right side of the page under ‘Tools’ click ‘Change My Password’.

Top How do I edit my address/ phone number information?

To change your address or contact information, click on the ‘Account Details’ tab at the top of the site. Then on the right side of the page under ‘Tools’ click ‘Edit My Profile’.

Top How can I retrieve my password and/or member name?

If you cannot remember what your password or member name is, please follow this link, http://www.istockphoto.com/istock_lostpassword.php and enter in the requested information. You will receive an email with your member name and a link to reset your password.
