These two striking orange and black butterflies look very similar at first glance. The Viceroy Butterfly mimics the Monarch Butterfly almost completely. The only difference is the postmedian black line that runs across the veins on the hindwing of the Viceroy. Very interesting butterflies -- can you see the difference?
