Has anyone noticed an improvement since installing this? Can't say I've seen any improvement.

Actually, I have noticed the site being a lot slower, and gears keeps crashing as well.

I don't even know what I'm suppose to be looking for.  Speed overall throughout the entire site.  If so, no change that I can see.
