In the finacials tab there is a 'My Downloads' section which lists all of your purchases.  Is there a way you can download this or make a hard copy?

I require this to show proof of RF licensing to my web designers as part of their due dilligence.

A screen grab comes to mind.

Alternatively, you can try selecting the table and pasting it directly into Word. Word will probably interpret the paste as HTML. Then edit as necessary.

Can you not just use a screen grab of the purchase receipts?

ETA: sorry my mistake - I meant exactly what Roger wrote. Purchase receipts is for something else.

Unfortunately, this is something lacking. We definitely need better reporting tools for buyers. How about a listing of title, thumbnail, date and size/price, on a printable page?

I guess so, I was just hoping there was a more elegant way as I have 6 pages.

It would be really great to be able to export the list to a pdf.  It would be better still if the list could be customisable by date, type etc.  The pdf should also have the details of the customer at the top too address, real name (not just istock alias).

You could try installing CutePDF Writer and "printing" the page to a PDF document. I use this all the time for saving web pages.

You'd still have to print every page, but you could combine the individual PDFs into one document. There are free utilities to do this too.
