While reading the exclusivity program page it occured to me that it seems to interchange the word "images" and "photographs". It also uses the word "photographers".
I guess the few motion video uploads might still be construed as included. After seeing some wonderful vectors and illustrations and flash objects in the uploads, I wonder how the exclusivity program applies to those non-photo "supply artists".
I suspect there may be a legalese oops here? Or is iStock really only interested in exclusivity in photos?

Exclusivity is by Artist not by the content they upload. I'm guessing that "images", "photographs" & "photographers" are legacy terminology, but is intended to encompass a member, not the type of content they create.
