I can resubmit this rejected image but am not sure which part here is the objectionable section. The entire image shows a man reading the 1040 IRS booklet. Is it the Statue of Liberty or the IRS identification that I have to remove? This is all part of the well-recognized (and dreaded) tax form. Before submitting, I researched and could find nothing about copyright, etc. for U.S. government forms from the IRS.
