Hello all,

I was just wondering if any of you has ever had a file in your uploads appear to have been accepted because it has an upload date but have N/A as a rating? It doesn't appear in my portfolio and clicking on it yields this message:

"File Not Available.
File #432993 is not available. For more information, please contact the iStockphoto Administration."

I know the admins can be very busy so I don't want to bother them if its just one of those things that need to be waited out. I just wanted to know if any of you have gotten this before and had it solve itself or did you have to bug the admins to fix it?

Thanks in advance!
Ryan

I have a few of those at the moment too. I just assumed they were not accepted, but weren't pulled yet or they went to an executive queue for further review.

Me too. I cantacted support to find out why the image would be in my portfolio if it was rejected. No big deal I suppose.

As I'm sure most of you know, these images have gone into the executive queue. It is a little misleading to put it as approved like that, so we're going to change it.

What is an executive queue? Peep this!
