Can you upload cartoons that contain political or famous faces on istock? Ones that are like this.cartoons

Please post this in only one place, hon. Or you'll get everyone all confused about what they've responded to, or haven't.
Anyway, your cartoons are original works that use famous faces in a "fair-use" way. You can sell your images in a rights-managed or editorial way, but not as royalty-free unless you have a model release.
You may also need a model release for rights-managed.
Anything that is traced from a photograph would also not be acceptable unless you took the photograph, because it would be a derivative work of the photographer. Again, there is some leeway in publishing editorial cartoons, but not a lot, and in any case it wouldn't be acceptable as stock. Not that you've done that, just covering as many pieces as I can think of.

And as we've learned the hard way this year, that doesn't mean it's acceptable. But those did come to mind, yes.

Therre were others that I found Suzanne... but they were not labeled as the actaul person... the name was either slightly changed/re-arranged or totally different.

I saw that when I went looking. I think this is an area that will get into some hairy hijinks unless it's straightened out.
