Posted Wed Feb 17, 2010 12:03PM | I spotted it (up at the top of the page with a nice logo, and in the 'Need help?' support bit to the left) about twenty minutes ago when checking my stats, but it disappeared on the next refresh.
Sounds good to me... anything that can improve the site experience for buyers gets thumbs up from me  |

Here's how it works: you click on that icon and it will open up an instant message window connecting you in real time with someone from our Support team.
The icon will only appear when the service is available.
We're doing a soft test launch on this to see how it goes. After we get some feedback and see how it works in different situations we'll do a broader announcement in the newsletters.
Edit: Also, we have one known issue: it isn't working in Safari yet. We will continue working on that.

There should be something there even when not, otherwise posts will be, "is it working?" "it's gone" "what was that", etc. ie. Live Chat: available Live Chat: not available. |
