Movie Night?

Hi all! I'm really sorry you guys moved it for me and then I didn't show! My husband and I were out visiting the Thousand Islands (not the place they named the dressing after) Friday and wound up staying out there geocaching until I got back and had to race out to dinner with a friend. Sad I missed it! How was the film? I haven't seen it in yearsandyearsandyears...

Good as always for me! Only something weird happened -- this time Phoebe Cates took all her clothes off . . . and Rob missed it I'll go back and add you to the wave, Cat, and then the next time you watch it, you can read our inane comments along with the movie

No worries, stray. We'll look forward to your company for the next flick, which I think will be Office Space. If you're into the comedic culture of cubicle farming. That was Ren's pick, but I believe she's still busy newlywedding, perhaps, in Italia.

All I can say is that while I enjoyed the movie, Rob's favorite scene caused me some trauma ... I will never be able to look at Judge Reinhold now without suffering unwelcome flashbacks to his love scene in the loo. *shudders*

Just watched Office Space - a bit dated now but entertaining nevertheless.

Office Space is a cubicle-culture classic. Though seemingly dated, it never gets old

hehe ... well, from what I read, it seemed like they just stopped supporting its development, but that the service would still be around for awhile.

Yeah. We can still use it until it's completely kaput and figure an alternative out laters.

Yes, believe it or not, I do a little actual work once in a while, and since many of my colleagues are far-flung over the summer months, we hit up Google Wave at my (wrong-headed) suggestion. Actually really handy for compilations of research data, shared documents, and departmental gossip You know, the three most important things.

Not that there's a lot of departmental gossip... yet.

Yeah, I'm sure you'll correct that departmental decorum error - and pronto
