I never twitter socially. Its always biz stuff.

So TODAY ... my clients think I'm looney for posting all this silly contest stuff. Not sure if this is good or bad.

Very slow sales today. I guess all the buyers are busy watching their Twitter accounts.

Of course I guess the idea is that every follower ... of every person participating ... is seeing iStock being tweeted about.

No way to know the numbers ... but has to be enormous.

Branding the iStock name ... to that many people ... up to 24 times in one day ... would normally take a HUGE advertising budget. As good as all these prizes are ... its miniscule by comparision to the value iStock is receiving today.

Just cancelled my Twitter account.Just needed to go to settings and scroll to the bottom and click on 'deactivate my account'


Relief !


Might join in another 10 years.....

Twitter sucks. If you want to have be useful on a social network take facebook, or even netlog is better than twitter!
