I just got a refund for a "Corrupt image" (this file), and the image isn't showing when I open it up the page. The photo has sold a few times over the last couple of days and has more than 30 dls overall so it hasn't always been like this.

Is anyone else seeing this on their images? I hope the outage from last night didn't affect the integrity of our files.

Its part of the issues with the site outage last night. I have four new uploads not showing up either and they were there yesterday.


They are moving all discussions to one topic here.

That forum post is regarding NEW uploads. Mine has been on the site since December so I'm pretty sure it's a separate issue.

No, Rob said down in the thread there are a lot of issues due to it. My four new files were on the site Wed. night and on the site before the outage last night and are no longer showing up.

Thanks Rob ... I just checked and it seems to be loading properly now, and it got another download today, too, so my guess is that it's gtg.

I followed the link using Firefox and the image loaded properly, but when I tried with Internet Explorer the image didn't load at all.  Not sure if this will help the Tech Team or not, but I thought I'd mention this.

I bought an image on Thursday, April 8, and downloaded file was corrupted too, but after the second try of downloading the same file, it was OK.

I have similar problem with this one missine image


It does not show neither in Firefox nor in IE.
Few hours ago it had broken preview in my portfolio - now the preview seems ok, but anyway the image close up page shows nothing...

ETA: Okay so I'm bored. I kept clicking the most recent exclusive image reviewed is an illustarion and it is 600+ images back. After 50 pages, still no Exclusive photographs.

Thats a bit shitty for an Exclusive.

The only positive thing is that the exclsuive images being approved now are from the 4th and 5th, so they haven't jumped ahead
