Images missing from search/porfolio/lightboxes

I'm having some weirdness with viewing images. When looking at portfolios/lightboxes/search results I'm seeing about half of what is actually there. I checked my advanced search options and everything is okay (no filters, etc.). For example, when I view my portfolio I only see 2,136 images, and i have over 5,000 in my portfolio.

I checked with two different browsers (Chrome and Safari on a Mac OSX) and it does the same thing for both. I cleared my cache, cookies etc., logged out and logged back in and it still was missing files. I also had a friend with an iStock username/password log in at my computer and it was working fine with their account.

Niki try and set advanced to see the file numbers. I had the same issues and that worked. They say they are looking into it.

I already have it set to see file numbers, so that's not issue afaik.

Yeah, the problem is that I can't see all of them, which means that it's possible other iStock members (buyers) may not be able to see all results. It's not just my portfolio, it's everything I search for or look at—I'm only seeing half of what's actually there.

Still the same.

Check your advanced search settings. You had only portrait oriented photos included. I thought I fixed it for you, but I guess not.
