I have one update if you all are willing to stay on Disney Property I can get a deal on a large conference room which they will set up with different scenes.  The room would be for Friday all day with food.   However at least 10 rooms would have to be used at Coronado Springs which would be included in your ticket.  I won't know the exact price until I know how many think they can come.   I am trying to keep the cost down to around 350 or less.  So let me know what you think and I'll move forward

Evelyn, cost would be my main concern with that. If we're talking say $50 per person per night, it would be doable for me. I have no issues with sharing a room in order to reduce costs.

Also, if they are offering to set up different scenes for us that would be great. But, if those scenes are proprietary, we should get a Property Release for them even if iStock doesn't require the PR.

The cost of the room would be included in the ticket price because I have to pay all at once,  I am looking into other things as well just want to get a feel for what might work the best.      The scenes that would be set up are not proprietary they will set them up as I want.  Keep in mind all the walls would be blank so some creative lighting would be in order.  My scenes (maybe) are a resturant with table candle light and such.  Boardroom with tables and chairs, a stage of some kind and a Christmas scene. None of these thing will have Disney on them.  Over 3/4 of my portfolio was shot at Disney and you can't tell.

I think $350 is the normal average for a lypse these days so I'm fine with that.

Just to be clear, the entire lypse will be in the conference room with different setups such as a table for dining, boardroom etc...? With blank walls. It's workable but not sure if you'll be able to pull off a realistic look and make it convincing. For example the restaurant table scenrario would require different background etc... than a bright lit conference room.

Just from experinece in past lypses you want to hit a theme and have mutiple stations with it. For example in the past we've done lypses at a school, at a movie theater, a lounge/bar, a martial arts studio, entire floor in an office building with multiple offices, etc... If you get a blank room and set up few stations I don't think you'll get the same results as if you shot the restaurant scene in an actual restaurant. Again from experience the key to a successful lypse is location, location, location.

I agree,

This arrangment is for Friday only I'm looking into a couple of schools in the arera for Saturday.  Well now that I say that I don't think the Disney thing will work out because I added it up with only a one night stay.   As for the scenes Disney has a several different screens I was going to use as back ground, I think it would have looked very realistic

Anyway back to the drawing board!

Terry you are in.

Well I am working on partnering with the owner of a Bridal Shop.  When I find a place (and I think I have).  She will provide brides of all races dressed and wearing her gowns.  The brides would come dressed and would not change clothes to save time.  My goal is 3 brides for every set up.   Anyway I'm sitll working on it.  When things get nailed down a bit I will post on the front page.

The bridal shop sounds like a lot of fun. Many different opportunities there if you start thinking about it!

Great news the bridal shop is in and I might have a deal with a small clinic for use on Sunday if anyone wants to stay around. Sunday is the only day they are closed.

Or maybe we will just have a weekend lypse.

I'll probably do like RR5 and drive down so the exact timing and length wouldn't matter much to me.
