Not sure if anyone has seen or mentioned these yet or not...
knowing how slick and fast everyone is I am sure it has already been up here somewhere and I am just too blind to see it

What's the difference between people using Istock images as skins and Istock images in web templates? I thought it wasn't allowed.

Yeah there isn't a difference. That needs to be reported I think. They can't do that. It's being mass distributed. SHUT THE PUNKS DOWN!

Haha...I chuckle.....after further reading she is only using it to further her own website..... It's skins only for THAT website...not for other people.....

Yeah - I think she is using the images legally. You can't download a skin or buy it.

It's funny how some people OVERREACT and start accusing someone of illegal use of images when they obviously haven't a clue as to what skinning a site is and LOOKING to see that I PAID for the images I had used! No, I am not selling my own layouts, how obsurd is that?

I did however appreaciate the original post, thanks for sending traffic to my site and showing the photographers what I did with their work. As for the overreacter, relax before you spit out crappy comments such as, " That needs to be reported I think. They can't do that. It's being mass distributed. SHUT THE PUNKS DOWN!". Nice to see your edit AFTER you learned a little bit about Skinning MY website.

Well I'll admit my mistake. I didn't even delete my post! It was my fault you have a good site with great layouts, I confused you with the people that do use Istock images wrongfully. I'll check myself next time and I'm leaving my post up so someone will see it and not make the same mistake.

You have used the photos wonderfully and it should be in the designers spotlight if you haven't put them there yet

Thank you SuperStump for the positive comments I appreciate that and I do know some people are out there who do not read the terms and conditions of Istock. It is pretty embarassing when someone gets accused of doing something illegal when they haven't done anything. I appreciate your apology.

Thank you Transferred for the wonderful photo, it reminds me of the song, "Ode To Boy" from Yazoo.
