Sorry for those who do not understand… t'was a private joke for absolutely_frenchy

"La ville rose" is the nickname of Toulouse and it means "the pink city", And suddenly I see that I made a big mistake and confusion because absolutely_frenchy is from Montpellier and not from Toulouse (wich are quite near) but it makes less sense !!
For the rest, "Quatre boules de cuir" would be translated "Four leathern balls" kind of metaphor to say Boxing gloves…And it's also a song by Claude Nougaro, famous french singer born in Montpellier………OOOPs.... no …Toulouse… but who gives a damn !!

I really like the texture - how did you do that? Nice volley!



I just used a photo from istock. It is set to multiply on the top layer. There are other ways of getting the same result but that is the easiest and quickest way there are also some other brushed layers and some more photos lying on top for added texture.
