I have newly-uploaded images that are declaring 'views per month' of over 5000. For me, that's an issue. It is invalidating these data.

I'm sorry, but you'll need to live with that for awhile.

I can live with it, Rob. Just tell me there's hope for a cure?

It looks as if this blip might exist in a different form.

I believe someone has already mentioned that early views now appear to be badly under-recorded. If past performance is anything to go by, this is true. My acceptances over the past 24 hours have views of 0, 1, 3 and 2. (Overall portfolio views are well above average.)

I am dropping a note to this affect through to Support.

I've noticed low numbers on newer files also.

I understand we 'don't have to' disable the files with the high view numbers but i have one which took quite a bit of work and i'd still love it to have an equal chance in the BM, so i was wondering: "can we"? (definitely since a cure doesnt appear to be near?)

Is there any update at all......Even a "we have looked at a few things and no it should not effect your place in BM". Honesty here would help.  Its not fair if our images have been uploaded and are going to drown in the pile for those that have been affected by a glitch in your code.

If you are not near a resolution, our files lose day by day.  So Maybe a quicker resolution and customer service approach would be for a deactivation of "all" those affected and replacement.  Not trying to panic, but the number of files affected may not impact your bottom line like it might ours.

This issue has negligible effect on any given file's Best Match placement.

We will get it fixed and have the files back to normal. Because it isn't really affecting anything one way or the other, it may take a little time for that fix to come in. We will keep an eye on the issue in the meantime in the event that anything changes.

If it helps anyone. I have an image, accepted 7 days ago, that seems to be selling nicely despite the 'large views' issue.

We have already indicated that views has a negligible effect on BM. We do have people slotted to fix this issue but they currently working on higher priority issues. As soon as we can release the resources to this issue we will get it fixed up.

I don't see there being a need to deactivate images. Sit tight. We will get this resolved as soon as we can, it's just not likely to occur this week.

We are going to lock this up now. Views will be corrected as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
