Images showing in portfolio, MIA from search

I have some images uploaded on Aug 19th and they are showing in my portfolio but when I search for them they are MIA (sorting by "age"). They've been approved for at least two full days ... one example is image #13978594. I'm just curious why it's not showing up when I search for "Preparing Food" (or any other string of keywords that are in the image).

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I just did a few common searches (can you say Business People?) and I don't see any images uploaded after the 19th showing up. Of course we don't know when they were approved, but it looks like the database hasn't updated in a couple days.

Ah, this might be why new images are not selling. One, they're not seen on the front page any more; and two, they're not included in searches. Almost as good as a rejection!

I had the same problem earlier this week and they mysteriously re-apeared after I posted something. Must be the "web site gremlins" controling image access.

I've been keeping track of one upload that was accepted yesterday (easily done because not many files have the keyword 'long-necked'). That has just appeared in the search, after about 24 hours.
