Could someone please point me in the direction of where I go to transfer some of my earnings into credits? ... I can't seem to find it with the new site re-design.

Earnings
Request Payment of Earnings
Payouts Report
View Extended License Earnings
Convert Earnings to Credits
View Referral Earnings
