There are several interpretations for Veronica at the moment. One meaning that is missing is the one that comes up most frequently if you search the collections for Veronica, and that is speedwell.

Veronica is a scientific name for the wild flower speedwell.

I can understand that pov, but Growth is Expansion


Is there no need to correct bad definitions? Should we just not care?


And what keyword is one to choose for "expanse", the synonyms {area, stretch, sweep, tract, swathe, belt, region; sea, carpet, blanket, sheet} just don't seem to convey the same idea to me.


Or can we just not choose the DA term and take the grief during uploading

Can  "supplies" be expanded to reflect "a stock of a resource from which a person or place can be provided with the necessary amount of that resource"


UPDATE: We currently have two meanings for Supplies: Storage Room and Equipment, the former in which will work for what you're trying to describe.

You can't know that, the supplies I was trying to describe was a dugout canoe with edible food and clothing and stuff, like in taking supplies (resources) home, hardly a storage room situation

Hi, Just a query. When in New Zealand, then New Zealand South Island. If you add the keyword Westland it then comes up as an aircraft. Can this be fixed to Westland, an area of New Zealand's South Island?

Could we have a different meaning for 'Embossed', please? At the moment, it maps to 'Brocade' but that's not always suitable.

Could you make a distinction between "grocer" and "greengrocer", please? They are not the same thing.

Please correct the kw Botafogo - Brazil (Guanabara Bay). It should be at the same level as Ipanema (Rio de Janeiro) or Copacabana (Rio de Janeiro).


It would be great if you could add the kw Terere (cold drink), (non alcoholic beverage).

Could you add London's Supreme Court, please? I have some signs from outside this court and found - to my horror - that my British English keywords, having changing to US English because of some bug over the last few months, proclaimed my London Supreme Court to be the US Supreme Court!


UPDATE: Supreme Court of the United Kingdom (Middlesex Guildhall) is now available. Supreme Court is one of the search synonyms so it will be available in the DA for Supreme Court.

Could something be done about the keywords 'corn' and 'cornfield', please? They currently map to 'maize' but in the UK a cornfield has a crop such as wheat, barley or rye. Although maize is increasingly grown, it's not the traditional UK English use for the words 'corn' or 'cornfield'.
