My images have been dribbling across to the partner program - I now have twenty of the one hundred and something I ticked for inclusion in April/May. But curiously (and this whole process is curious) one of my files (istock id 2224129) appears twice on Thinkstock (I haven't checked Photos.com) under different item numbers, 115030433 and 115030437. It doesn't matter much to me, but it does look unprofessional from a buyers point of view so I thought you might like to know.

Susan, when was that file originally opted in?
More importantly, when did you notice the duplication?
Was it just in the past couple of days?

The file was, I think, opted in when I opted in a hundred or so photos (and into the partner program for the first time), either at the end of April or the beginning of May. For the last two or three weeks I've had two files appearing at Thinkstock (not the duplicate), and then in the last couple of days another 18 appeared, including both the duplicates. Still quite a few files haven't showed up at all yet, but I assume that's due to the gradual ingestion process.

Ok thanks. I'll try and figure out how that happened and let you know.

It looks like that was a hiccup where the request to download the image from us happened twice in the space of a few seconds. It's the first time I've seen that happen.
I'm having the duplicate copy removed from the partner sites.
ETA: If you see any other duplicates please let me know. If this is more than a 'one in a million' occurrence we'll need to look in to it further.
