So I have followed the instructions to search either member name or full name at both sites (Photos.com and ThinkStock.com) which yield zero results, yet I have been recieveing PP payouts for months and know I have images that are opt'd in.

What am I doing wrong?

Are you using double quotes around your real name (not your iStock alias) - i.e. "John Smith"? If you are already doing that, we have reached the limit of my customer support.

I've recently discovered that some people also need to put single quotes around their name, or a double space between their first and last name to find their content. It seems that if your name shows up with double quotes, you won't find it with single quotes and vice versa.

I can't find any of my files on partner sites either. Nor with these " or ' or spacing. Support wrote me that there are some issues with migrating files. I thought maybe it can be something with my names Lithuanian letters: Š and ? in my name Šar?nas?

I think it probably does. You've got around 200 images on the partner sites, but I can only find them by searching for their specific image IDs. Thinkstock is powered by Getty Images' systems, and their systems can't accept special characters, so your partner credit line will have translated in to something weird. I'll try and find out what it is for you.

Yep, your name on iStock is what's causing the problem. Because their system can't accept special characters, your credit name transferred over to the partner sites as ?ar?nas Babilas. I've tried searching that phrase in every possible way I know how to bring up portfolios on the partner sites and it looks like the question marks in your credit line are preventing the partner site search engines from returning any results. I'm going to look in to solutions for this. We might need to force the connector to send your member-name instead of your first and last name to the partner sites in order for you to be able to find your content.

I'll keep you posted.

I managed to find my images by only typing my last name 'Babilas'. But it would be great if you could change it to my member name. Thanks.

I'm glad you've got a workaround, we're floating several possible permanent solutions. I'll post an update on this when there's something to report
