another rejection for a variant of the above pic, this time the reason is 'apple', so i'm guessing the icon grid is the issue:

Are you sure it's not some of the icons you are using. The browser one for example looks very much like Safari. The cloud and the green short messaging icon also appear very familiar.

The Contacts icon is very close to the Apple icon too.

edit - i deleted the opening post by mistake, but it had a similar pic to the one above except with the same icons used on the tablet image
