New application problem

A friend of mine is trying to sign up and on the relevant page it says to click the apply button - which isn't there!


Can anyone post a URL to get to this step (ie the quiz etc)

Hi,

You don't say, but I assume he's applying as a photographer. I just managed to go through most of the sign up & application process to become a photographer without any major issue. On the apliication page:

I just clicked on the Photos link in section 2:

Following that I went through the training manual to the end, and then on that last page I clicked on the link at the bottom of the "prohibited uses" list where it said "continue to application"

There then follows another screen asking for more info:

That is then followed by the quiz. Having done that...

It tells me I passed the quiz (Yay!)

Next page is this:

If he's having issues with seeing any of those pages, I'd urge him to contact support.

Thanks Kelvin - I've passed this on. I think he must have missed the 'prohibited uses' bit
