As of today, we are asking all vector contributors with pricing inquiries to use our Contributor Relations ticketing system rather than our old email address (vector-pricing[at]istockphoto.com).
The pricing email account has been unreliable and buggy over the years. Given the number of emails we receive, and that we now have a Support team specifically dedicated to contributor concerns, it doesn't make sense to keep it running anymore.
To contact Contributor Relations with pricing inquiries, please go to the Support page and click on the 'Contributor Relations' button under 'Contributor Support'.
Emails sent to the vector-pricing address will be monitored for the next month. After that time, contributors will receive an automated reply with redirecting them to the Support page with instructions on how to submit a ticket.
If anyone has any further questions, please feel free to contact Contributor Relations.

Please send your pricing inquiry to email@example.com and they will be more than happy to assist you.

We have now completely closed down this email account. Again, if you have any future pricing questions, please feel free to open a Contributor Relations ticket or email them directly at artists [at] istockphoto.com.
Thanks for everyone's patience as we completed this switch over to the Contributor Relations department!

Does it include the pricing question for Vetta files? Today I receive CR reply and note that I need to send my inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org

Hi Exxorian, I'm very sorry but I missed your post last month!
Previously we did ask that Vetta inquiries go to separate email addresses. However, since we get so few emails we have now decided it doesn't make sense to keep them as points of contact.
Moving forward we ask that contributors please send any Vetta questions to our Contributor Relations team. This wasn't the case when you contacted them in May, but starting in April that's where you'll need to go.
We're updating all of our Vetta FAQs to reflect this change in policy. Thank you for your patience!
