I know that there is already a thread for this, but it is a bit old and dirty. Could I solicit you our valued community to find examples of your SFX or Muisc being used in the real world? We want to start promoting these uses ofer social media so the more you find the more we promote.

@piccadilly.. Yeah, the video is compelling, thanks to what I like to call "laid back coporate". How have you managed to track who's using your work? I really wish buyers would shoot me a link, but I have yet to receive one. I ask nicely in my about me write up, but I suppose no one reads that stuff. I've even searched the web for arbitration with my name in there... It'd be nice to hear my tracks coupled with well produced commercial spots again.. @Dion: most of the finds are done by myself googling...the milan lypse is done by zonecreative who are friends of mine, and also the american roadtrip which is by member gioadventures. But if you exclude friends, nobody usually drops you the link of the finished work. I mean, it can happen, but it's very rare for me.

John, personally, i just make a google search like that:
"vytenis misevicius"
"vytenis misevicius" istock
music "softpiano" istock

Also i have some clients who sent me links to their video with my music..
I've already sold over 6000 files.. And look only how little links i have... That's always a celebration to find or get a link with Your music in use

@Lisa & John: the only hint I know is googling. Google "your name"+"istock", "music by"+"your name", maybe some tracks's title (unless the title is "background track #11")
Needless to say, I found a dozen of files of mine among thousands of downloads...buyers don't really need to put credits to you in their works, so I guess most of the times they just don't do it.

ETA: damn, softpiano...you beaten me!!! That's what happens when you start a post and then you have breakfast before posting
