How was your March?

$ slightly up on February, DLs down.


Won't even start comparing to 2011...

Could be. My downloads were down 38% compared to March 2011 although $'s were slightly up thanks to the introduction of P+.


Compared to March 2010, prior to the introduction of the RC levels, my downloads were down 49% and $'s down 26%. Seems to me that business was a lot more 'sustainable' back then.

Best March to date.

2011: DL -46% $ -21%

2010: DL -65% $ -27%

Massive falls in volume and royalties continues year on year. Once again I say to you iStock, without exclusive artists you'll just be another library with the same content as all your competitors.

It's time to make sure exclusivity remains sustainable or you'll kill it completely.

Overall BME$, even iStock managed to claw its way to 2nd place by a small margin this month.

Currently at 28.6% of 2012 RC target which is 14% ahead of schedule after three months. Divergence compared to last month between lower DL's and higher royalties was driven by the first three sales of my single Vetta and an EL.


Overall a good month with continued progress. I'm happy.

AWFUL! WME! Downloads 66% of March 2011, earnings 72% on a oportfolio with 30% more images. Doing barely OK until mid month, then sales plummetted after one super day. Weird. If this continues, I can no longer justify continuing here as an exclusive. Just not cost-effective to put much time into images anymore.

Down in DLs, down in $$, WMY, but PP numbers haven't been posted yet so overall it's hard to tell. Based on Jan and Feb it looks like nearly half my sales are PP sales, though that doesn't account for much money.

Downloads lower then before but for $$$, second BME after last months good showing.  Like others say, because of E+ sales.

solid month, best since May 2011 for $$ and June 2011 for downloads. Still short of projected RC diamond royalties.

2011/2012 march performance: down 21%... big difference

 

Down on February. Not by a huge amount, but it's a longer month and usually has better sales. Disappointing. Also not helped by the fact that Friday now seems to have become part of the weekend, with weekend type sales numbers on many Fridays.


It always feels as if just when it's starting to pick up, it falls flat on it's face again.


 

Better than nov and dec 2011 but less than jan and feb 2012. I was hoping fro a mad rush at the end of march like there was at the end of feb, but no such luck. Can't really compare with mar 2011 since I wasn't exclusive then.

As I am not uploading much, this is a good result.

disappointing, $$$ down about 27% on March 2011 no EL, first month since January 2011.
Some very odd mid week days with weekend like sales seem to have led to a poor month for me.
