My Earnings Balance is not showing up in the lower right where it normally is. In fact, it's not showing up at all. I have been watching sales roll in but no earnings are being shown or calculated. I asked another member to check theirs, and they were able to see their just fine. Before you tell me it's a cache issue.... it's not. I've cleared cache. I've re-started my browser. I have re-started my computer AND my internet modem just to make sure it was none of those things. I'm running fully updated Chrome broswer on an iMac. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Posted Mon May 7, 2012 1:06PM | When I cashed out at 2:30 something am today, I had a balance of .06 Nevermind, I just got the email that an Extended License was refunded for "no extended license needed" and that has wiped out today's sales completely. The amount of refunds and the unreasonable excuses for them are becoming ridiculous. Everywhere else has a refund policy that does not allow customers to come back a year or 6 months later. The refund policy here is as contributor friendly as our fraud protection. It's getting to the point with all the issues lately, and the only people coming to the aid of contributors are other contributors and moderators NOT Administration, that this place is going to Hell in a handbasket. And yes, I'm on a rant. I am displeased on many levels right now. Going to leave before this place ruins my mood any further. Kelvin & Martin - thanks for your input. My displeasure is not with either of you, at least the community members here give a crap about each other, it's more than I can say about the business. |

Sorry you got landed with an EL refund, they really can suck, but I'm glad at least that there isn't any new bug affecting balances. As there doesn't seem to be an issue here that we can really help with in the forums though, I'm going to wrap this up. Hope you get, and get to keep, another EL soon to make up for this one. |
