I have photos of the royal family which I have not submitted owing to the restrictions on celebrity images. But have noticed there are images recently accepted on IS depicting the Queen (ie people walking past a picture of the Queen). So I assume those are acceptable?

And is the rule restricting the submitting of celebrities still in place?

Many thanks
David

Pictures of the royal family we do not allow, since it falls under the Celebrity restriction.

Imagery of people walking in scenes with pictures of the queen in or wearing masks of the queen is acceptable within context, since it's about the people wearing the masks, looking at the photo's, just passing the photo's etc.

It's all about the image within context, that's why the caption is so important and pretty much as important as the image itself.
