I tried many different website solutions before settling on using 500px. Its cheap, template driven and ABSOLUTELY CLEAN AND SIMPLE. Everywhere else had too many bells and whistles - like Photoshelter. 500px is the best I've found if you want an easy, professional looking website.

These days you can get a good template for a reasonable price. I use a flash template with CMS (a user friendly GUI).

I did mine myself with some trial and error with KoolMoves www.bcscenery.ca .. But I have been pretty Lazy about it. Nothing special. WHen i get the ambition I will ink and label all the pics and add links to the istock pics i have here and reorganize my site so when people visit the different image galleries they can have the option to download the pic after viewing it through a referal link of some sort. *shrugs*

Recently found place called "Squarespace", it's completely web based, no need for any software. Easy and simple to use - just drag and drop. Support answering 24/7 in minutes. Nice and clean Templates.

I use viewbook and they are pretty cool.  I was drawn to them because sites made with them can be seen on an iphone or ipad.  Also their ipad app is pretty cool. You can use it to show your portfolio to clients and models.

Didn't Apple drop IWeb years ago? I don't remember a template like that.

I use iweb for my site, you can make your own templates and I use a different company then Apple for the site.

AVG flags your Templates link as a malicious site and does not allow access.
