I thought Istock wasn't refunding after 30 days anymore?  This is NOT Nortstroms people!!!  My vote is NO refunds.  How can you refund for a physical product that a consumer cannot return?  I just got one from March?????  And another from several weeks ago.  Who is running this ship?  Is there anyone out there?

If it is NOT RIGHT, it is WRONG!!!

Why would you think that? The current policy is to refund from any date.

I don't know Sean, thought I read it somewhere.  Bottom line, If it is not Right, IT IS WRONG.  We need a policy change immediately.  So Sean are you for or against refunds?

Cast your VOTE MAX 24 hour refund.

It has been suggested numerous times that there should be a time limit here in the forum, but as Sean said there is none.

You're preaching to the choir here. Read up the numerous other threads complaining about refunds far past March.

I am very discouraged with this policy of istock. I had a big refund in my account, and now I am owing money to istock.
Thinking about if I'll continue exclusive here.

Wait until you get a refund from download made over one year ago. How anyone can sign a 'certificate of destruction' guaranteeing an image has been destroyed and not been copied onto various hard disks and DVDs and shared with colleagues and clients etc after floating around an office for a year is a beyond me.
