exporting motion jpegs

I'm trying to complete my video submissions but I need to upload as motion jpegs. I'm using a mac (os x 10) and final cut pro 7.


There does not seem to be an option in final cut to export as a motion jpeg. Does anoyone know how to do this?


I've read that streamclip will convert the file, if this is the case, what format should I export from final cut to do this and does streamclip keep the quality required by istock?
