 Posted Fri Sep 7, 2012 4:51AM | From the other thread: The solution to the mystery, at least for me, is that content licensed through the new shopping cart does _not_ show up in my_downloads, but it does show up in the image history. I licensed two of my own images yesterday, and even though I initially got a 503 page and thought the purchase did not go through, about 20 minutes later the details posted in the image history page. I went through my_downloads just now all the way back to Wednesday, and neither of those images show anywhere. In fact, keeping the sort by last_download, I went all the way to my last page of my_uploads to where I would find pending images and recent images with zero downloads. All 3 of the recent images I have licensed with the cart (I also did one on Wednesday that went through correctly) show zero downloads even though that number is supposed to be instantaneously updated. A look at my portfolio search shows zero as well, although that is expected behavior (update delays). Whatever flag triggers the download count to increase, and the appearance in my_uploads is not being set by the new process. |

 Posted Fri Sep 7, 2012 6:46AM | After editing image info (adding LB image or adding or deleting KWs or editing title), it does not reflect changes immediately. But when you go to Edit again it shows everything you edit and you have to Save again to have changes reflected on the file. |

 Posted Fri Sep 7, 2012 9:14AM | I had a "mystery sale" this morning. I'm lucky (!) I can track them one at a time. My balance went up with nothing showing on My Uploads. Same as others are reporting. It wasn't one of my better sellers this time, so I couldn't find it by looking at my top 10 or so sellers. I decided to sort DeepMeta by download date, then do a DM update to see if maybe that might illuminate. Maybe serendipity, but it turns out the first one in the DM updated files list was the one that just sold. It DIDN'T come to the top of the DM list when sorted by download date though - and it doesn't show today's date as its most recent download (again - consistent with what others have already reported). But I checked that one first (of the ones updated in DM) on its file detail page and saw it was that one. Sixth sale of file number 20599771 if it is of any use for test/analysis. |
 Posted Sat Sep 8, 2012 6:49AM | Stats updated for the 5th but not showing sales or income from the 4th. I can see sales from the 4th on the My Uploads page so these are not the mystery sales. I saw them on the 4th and my balance increased the correct amount on the 4th. |

Posted Sun Sep 9, 2012 5:12PM | Redeemed credits updated today, Sunday. Still no redeemed credits for extended license sales for this week. May we hear from someone to at least acknowledge this and that it is being looked into. It is not on the list of bugs. |
 Posted Mon Sep 10, 2012 5:45AM | I have a file from september 2 that shows 4 downloads everywhere except on the downloads list for that specific file, where it shows 5 downloads. Seems to be the second latest download that hasn't been registered (not showing up elsewhere and is not included in the total royalties for that file) for some reason. I'm also waiting for a reply from contributor support (sent september 2). Did something go wrong during the update or is it just a tsunami of support tickets causing the delay? |

A couple things, 1st) the date "1/0/1970" 2nd) the amount "Null 0" I checked My Uploads page and it show 1 DL but it does not show a size or amount in the details. Nothing in the EL details. But I'll mention this as it might be something different, or at least a different aspect of the same bug, and I don't think it's been mentioned before. I had an EL on a file today - my balance increased, but the file doesn't appear in the my_uploads page. So far, so familiar. The sale does appear on that file's downloads page file_downloads.php?id=5510142&PageSetting=ExtendedLicense New features: - it doesn't appear on the license_info.php page; - nor the license_earnings.php page; - nor is there an orange bar on the monthly or daily stats graphs, where EL sales usually appear instantly.
