^ You are most likely to get answers from Contributor Relations, if there are any to be had.

It's unlikely that your images are attributed to other people. If you had seen someone else's images when searching for your own name, then it would be more likely.

@whiteway

I had nearly 3000 files there, all easy to find under my real name "jasmin awad". But when I decided to remove them all I was impressed that it actually worked really well. Within a few days most of my portfolio has disappeared. Now there are just a few files left, which is ok.

In any case, I don´t think it is my job to check on the files. I gave istock nearly 3000 files and I wasn´t seeing a sensibele income. And it wasn´t going up, which is what you would expect to happen if there was a lot of growth of the sites.

Maybe next year I will start adding really low sellers or old files again and remove them from my istockport. They all reappeared after I left the PP. Before I delete them, it would be better to give old content a second life there.

But I don´t think I will opt in good files again. Not until people here report much better and rising earnings.

Or at least if our copyright name was an active link that allowed the customer to see our whole portfolio. It would be good for the customers who want to bookmark us and better for us to attract loyal buyers.

I don't think you'll notice a difference because your files won't ever be transferred over there.  I selected about 600 to go over about 8 months ago and I think maybe 3 of them made it over so far.

Same here, I opted in last year when I had almost 180/200 in PP. You know how many pics I sold in the whole 2012?

Just one file.

Apparently my portfolio was not moved at all. I know have 468 files in PP. Support says that the queque is huge and it will take time.

How much nobody knows

If you don't take a special interest in your own files, Jasmin, no one else will. It's the only way to know if your images are getting the exposure that you expect.

I've never liked the idea of offering the same photo at different prices. Which is why only my Value files are on PP sites (with more due to follow after the recent push into Value).

Agreed. The PP sites are a bit rough and ready compared to iStock's presentation.

I am curious, what is the overall view of adding images to PP from and exclusive contributor's perspective. Is it worth it or not?

Is it worth it?  Not until they get the problems of image migration and staying opt in fixed.  I'm getting opted out every couple of weeks and am going to remain that way until things are resolved....

Not so sure it is after using the iStats app. From an excluive viewpoint I get 20% from the PP, good for Getty not so good for me.

PP cuasing dropping RPI.

I've opted out from PP today. I think PP damages the business. I will not give my full-res images for 50 cents.

Of course, the PP sites will remain and continiue to damege us, but I personally will not be included anymore.

I think it's worth for the files which you may consider in Dollar Bin collection on IS. Further, it's not worth it.

My experience so far is not very positive. I have 700 images for sale now. Returns are very low. I have to say that I haven't opted in any of my best selling files and will not after those dissapointing results. I will keep those files already up on the PP and add 0 or low downloaded files to monitor if this situation changes but I think it is a poor option right now, at least in my case. I make good revenue with my Istock portfolio but on the contrary the PP gives me peanuts.

I only opted into PP towards the end of October. I opted in 741 of my older files going back to 2007. Having read Roger's  post, I checked out my copyright name on both Thinkstock and Photos.com (thanks for this tip!) but only found 91 files on both sites. So far in November (up to the 25th) I had 17 PP downloads  earning 0.38 each, a grand total of 6.46, which normally would not be worth bothering with, but as November was my worst month, and December looks like being even worse than that, every sale is a bonus!
