Broken date dialog in Aperture plugin

For some reason when I try to edit the date dialog for the editorial date information it thinks today's date is Feb 1982.


Clicking the today/reset button does not fix the issue. My computer is showing the correct date (Sept 10, 2012).


since the arrows only increment the date one month at a time, getting to the current date would be rather painful.


I'm thinking maybe I should reinstall the plugin? Also, is the Aperture plugin still being developed? 

I don't like the Aperture plugin. I had the exact same issue, which made the task impossible. I like Deepmeta, and would never use the Aperture plugin instead.
