Missing images in the PP

In July I sent an email to the CR asking (and also reminding) why 2000 of my images have never been mirrored to the PP sites. I got an answer asking my to send an email to artists@istockphoto.com reporting my problem.

I sent it. I never got an answer. So I sent another email, thinking they never received mine. No answer. And so on.

Basically nobody is giving me an answer and I have 2000 images that have never been mirrored in the PP, since ages now.

Frustrating.

Same here, only 50% of mine are showing and I sent them over there ONE YEAR AGO.  


I've given up expecting them to one day appear.

Yep missing around 600 that were added over 7 months ago.

Likewise.  Missing about 390 of mine, marked to be sent over months and months ago.


I can only assume that HQ have cooled on the whole PP thing, as they don't seem to care anymore.  Perhaps it's just as well, it was never very successful for me anyway!

same here, hundreds missing, don't know why but still hoping that one beautiful day all the PP and E+ images will be mirrored to their places..

How do you know that it's missing? How do you keep track of them. I've never had this concern until this month because I usually get 7-20 downloads/day but for Aug 2012 I'm noticing a significant decline (only 1-2 per day and there's days where there are none).

After weeks (or even months) of inactivity I've noticed that files are being mirrored to the pp sites again. I think it started about a week ago.

Go to thinkstock or photos.com and type your name into search, you will see your images up there.

That doesn't work for me on either site. I tried both my contributor name and my actual name.


A google search on photos.com for my actual name produces links to individual photos on the site but not to a profile or portfolio.


The same google search on thinkstock.com produces no results.


Also, photos.com suggests I can login using my istock username and password but that doesn't work on either site.


Any other suggestions?

^ Les, try this link - it should show 78 of your images, unless maybe there are two people with your name...

Duuuhhh. I was trying so many different things it never occured to me to put my name in quotes. That works on both PP sites.

I noticed the same - after only having about 10% of my portfolio on the PP for the longest time I logged in a week ago to see about 35% of my portfolio has suddenly appeared over there. What irony - lots of crucial elements of this site are broken but they suddenly get the PP transfers working. I wonder if the price increase promised in the Spring will become active too.

As a new contributor all of my images SHOULD BE on the partner program sites but they're not.  I WAS getting a few sales there (almost 3x as many as I get on iStock) but those seemed to have stopped altogether just like my sales on iStock stopped.  I just did a search on thinkstock with my name and only 32 of my 86 images are showing up over there.  That leaves 54 images unaccounted for.  I know that's small potatoes compared to most of you but it's still annoying.  I thought about trying to put a ticket in to support but they never seem to get answered so I figured it would be a waste of time.  But it's super frustrating not to get sales from any venue any more....

any word from an admin about when older files will be moved to the PP?


All new files go across immidiatley now which is great, glad that part is working fine.


But I still have one third of my portfolio not across, which seems to be the older files. Is there going to be a mass-move of older content soon? Please update us, as I am sure many of us are in the same boat. Thanks

Still no news? I have over 100 waiting to be shoved across.

On my portfolio of 136 photos, 58 missing images to be migrate to PP. Is half of my portfolio. So now that it is small, but I also have a picture that has a bug in PP and you can't download it, and on top of that we do not put the whole of my images for sale !

here a long time that I despair over there, there was a flood photo that migrate in mid-year, but stalled for several months here at the same point.

Sad when you know that the PP is currently half dowloads (with half of a portfolio sale ...)

I try to relaunch constantly in the bug forum and in this forum, but no new istock contributor concerning this service non-exclusive and exclusive service for which we work, but that is not rendering?? !


Finally, it is a part of the percentage that is allowed to IS which is not justified !

I got 14 files migrated after almost a year.

The connector WAS working for a little while....my newer images were going over then this week it seemed to have stopped working again.  iStock just can't seem to make EVERYTHING on this site work all at the same time.  Only 1 thing at a time can work apparently.
