Missing images in the PP

Any news about "the migration" ?

I was asking the same thing, especially since here a long time we had no official news, whether the problem ahead ...

Is there an easy way to see what images are not mirrored to the PP sites? I have 318 in my istock port, but only 279 when I search my name in "" through PP. Do I have to check one by one?

After going to a lypse last weekend, other photographers told me their files make it to the PP right away.  Mine have not been transferred in over a year.  I've sent messages to support, and they've directed me to old locked forum threads.  So I'm not sure what else to do now.

I have been waiting for another 100 or so to go across since the last 'Value Collection' intake, a few months back.

Still no news from IS while PP represents more than 9/10 of my sales and more than half of my earnings !
Imagine what could be if all of my photos were actually in the PP, it would be great for me and for IS, do not forget...

Hey Jen, it's the files that are recent adds to the PP that make it there the next day. Or at least that has worked for a few months until this week - now it's stalled, at least in my case. If you have a bulk of older files waiting, then that may be an entirely different process which may take much longer. I think dealing with the missing E+/V/TAC transfers to Getty is the team's priority at the moment. Perhaps Brenda can offer more...

Well, I check my PP files every month or so and add new files that are past their 18 month waiting period.  I've been doing this for probably over a year and none of the files seem to have moved over.  I didn't even realize until a few months ago that my efforts were futile!  So it wasn't just one batch, but rather many small batches over time.

Hi All, I've got a Connector update.
Apparently, we had quite the backlog in the Connector so the folks that are on the receiving end throttled back the speed so that the backlog could clear enough to resume. That backlog was expected to have cleared up this afternoon.
Let me know in a day or two if things still appear to be stalled out.

P.S.
They are having issues depleting the backlog so we can expect some continuing connector weirdness.

PS : FYI, at the time now, I have 93 pictures on 139 apparently put on 2 PP (by typing "Grégory Dubus" = 31 and "Gregory Dubus" = 62)

But there is a movement for newly marked images.

new photos uploaded seem to go directly to the PP but I still miss the old : there are still 46 to transfer ...

oldladybird - or someone else - could you please give us an update on OLDER files moving across? It's great that our new files seem to go across as expected these days, but older files do not seem to be getting touched. I have 300+ files still waiting to go over, and they are amongst my oldest images on IS.


 


It would be great if these files could start getting moved as well.

832 files opted in long ago for me. Only 496 show at Thinkstock. I don't have a clean record but I bet most of these were added to the PP in Dec 2011. It is discouraging at how slow is the transfer.

Did the connector freeze up again?

I had probably 2,000 that never made it over and had no way of telling what didn't make it and what was there short of spending hours comparing files.   That was almost 2 years ago.  So, before Christmas, I deleted most of mine from the PP so I could basically start over.  I thought moving them over a few at a time might be faster.  Silly me, As of now I have 5 over there and they aren't even ones I have checked to be there.  None of the ones I tried moving over recently made it.  I added a few more today, just to see if possibly these will make it. 

For last couple of weeks the connector was working for my newly marked images, now it stopped working..

I did have an update Friday of last week that showed just over 5000 files outside of TAC/Vetta/E+ sitting in the queue. We prioritize pulls, new content and then the rest so older content takes much longer.

How many years longer?
