How do I add a lightbox (or a folder) to an existing folder? (without totally recreating/replacing it)

here is the complete list of changes:

Today I tried to add some video files to custom folder, but after fetch those files are not on the list when I try to add them. Those files are in the main window list but not on the add to folder list. I just fetched data, not a clean fetch. Btw I checked box "show files already added to any other folder" although they are not added in any other folder.

this is really strange.


have you tried searching for them (using keywords or file numbers) in the "add to fldr" list? the "add to fldr" list should show you everything you see when you got to the "complete portfolio" folder - so if your new videos are there, they should be in the "add to fldr" window, too.


if you're sure the files are in one list but not in the other, restart the app and try again. let me know if that changed anything.

Yap, they are here now after restarting.

ok - sounds like there may be a problem with refreshing the "add to fldr" list. i'll check that and if it turns out to be what i suspect, i'll fix it in the next release.

What does RPI stand for?

After adding files to folder I click on another folder and then click on add files. If I don't do anything and just click on X to close window, previously selected files are added to that another folder. SP remember previous selection but it would be nice to forget it after adding one set of files. I hope that you understand what I am trying to say


Also remembering check box selection would be nice too.

RPI means "return per image" and is calculated as "income / nr. of files in portfolio"

^ there seems to be a problem with RPI. It has kept on falling sharply since September, any ideas? (I am guessing you will point me in the direction of the discussion forum)

Sorry if this has been asked before but can you use the data, (folders), created on one Mac and copy it to another Mac? If so where is that data?

yes, you can. (though i have not tried it, i think you can even copy between win & mac)


the file you need is called "statsplus.db3" and is located in your "user_home_folder/nullplussoftware" (for windows it's in "my documents/nullplussoftware"). just copy that file to another machine in the appropriate location.

you can check the "news & known issues" tab. whenever a new version is release, i'll let you know there.


also, if the update should be critical, SP will automatically tell you that there is one (and, depending on how critical it is, not allow you to run the version you have installed).
