I might as well get the ball rolling...

My September, 2012 sales were amazing.  I actually had a comma in my royalties, and that hasn't happened since October of 2011.

Wonder if the new pricing structure is the reason? Hope it wasn't just a fluke.

Anyone else notice that you don't always see what clip(s) sold in your "Recently DL" column?

For example, today, I already had $28.50 in sales.  But If I go to see what sold (as I often do), I don't see anything that adds up to that amount.

This was happening to me all September, now, it's happening in October.

Could it be that clips purchased via the new "standard pricing" method don't show up in the report?

It's a display issue noted in the other thread. Should be fixed in Oct. but no promises

Thanks.  Just so long as itstill  accurately calculates my RC totals and I get the correct royalty amount in the end, I suppose it doesn't bother me.

My September was a bit up and down. It could have been disastrous if it wasn't for the last week in September. In that week alone I made double what all the other 3 weeks had brought. My downloads were normal but I seemed to be getting web downloads after the site update (i had about 13 in a row). I also had a week of no downloads at all after the update!

May was my strongest month, I also had a comma in my royalties

Then August followed by July, (not too far behind May)

September comes in at 6th best so far this year. (Really only June has been worse as Jan/Feb I had a tiny portfolio as I was just getting the istock bug

If the last week of istock has anything to go by then things defiantly have picked up! I even got Saturday and Sunday sales last weekend

Just need to forget about September now as it was a bit of a pain in the a**

Errrrm... I think I'm givin' up on calculations and wme bme thingy... I'm sitting on a 4000+ video's and audio's and I'm earning the same amount of money (read I cannot pass certain amount) as I was earning when I had five five or more times less clips. When I had 500 videos and started adding audio, I reached 1000 various medias, the same amount of money at the end of the month... passed 2000 clips and songs and sfx's... same amount of money... passed 4000 clips/sound effects/songs/photos - the same fraking amount of money!

Selling videos at GI com... amount at Istock plunged for the amount that GI is selling so again - same amount of money in my bank account!!!

So... conclusion? I don't have one

It's hard to tell as I'm not sure whether the stats I have are up to date!!! Do they include all the 'Mystery sales' I've had?

If they do, then I'm down in $ by 25% on September last year and more worryingly down 10% on August (which is unheard of as Sept is usually a good month!!)

I'm hoping the Mystery sales haven't been included, which will give a bit of a boost, but when and how will I find out??

One thing I know, before this month, I was very much on target to reach the next RC level, but with September not performing anywhere as near as it should, I'm now worrying I may miss out by a few thousand credits!

I really hope things are sorted with the site, and soon! In the past, when I've been worried it's all going wrong here, Istock have always come good, so I'm trusting them!

Worse than August. A lot worse than September '11, when I had less clips online. Crap!

No idea what happened in September because the stats are currently complete nonsense, with recent numbers including some (but not all) sales from Getty Images that have no information to go with the income and a lot of income here with no clips apparently downloaded. It's been suggested that the latter is from cash payments but without actual data, who knows. And maybe there's some income from Getty for September that will be added in October? Again, who knows.

Actual sales reported for September were abysmal. I haven't had this number of downloads in a month since July 2009, three years ago. Worst month for income reported for the month for nearly a year and down by at least one third on all previous months in 2012.

To sum up: income during September was good, but sales for the month actually appear to have sucked.

Could anyone redirect me to this thread? thanks.

I also have sales not reported in my "my uploads" page and I need to know which videos were sold in order to pay people I have been working with...

The stats page does not include the mystery sales, so if it looks like you had a bad month, it may not be as bad as you think. Fortunately the last 4 payout dates line up pretty nicely with the whole of Setember, so, if like me you make a payout request just before the cut-off time each week, then I think the best way to figure out Sept sales is to go to the Financials tab, and then to payouts report, and add up the last 4 payouts. I earnt about $500 more than what is reported in my monthly stats.

Sept was OK, sales are climbing back up, but slower than I had hoped.

I have a very small PF and am relatively new but it was the 2nd BME. Only April this year was better.

so mistery sales are real?

any info on that? and on how to find out what file got sold?

I only started uploading files in march ... so my stats shouldn't count too much, however, september was my best month yet

For me September was worst month in this year. I had half of the downloads than usually. I hope it was because of the large number of bugs related to the transition to the new system sales...
