We paid iStock for photo credits. We just received an email stating that these credits are going to expire if we don't use them within 7 days. How/why is this possible, or even legal? Honestly, this feels like stealing. We pre-paid iStock for goods, iStock has not given us anything of value yet for our pre-payment, but they are not going to retain our credits on the account or issue a refund? Someone please explain? Is anyone else out there questioning this practice? Thank you.

As far as I know the Credits have had an expiration date.

As stated on More about Credits

How long are my credits valid?

Prepaid credits expire one year from the date of purchase. You can check your daily Subscription credit balance in the menu bar at the bottom of every page under 'My Account'.

If you have more questions/concerns about your Credit is would be best to contact Customer Relations as they will be better able to help you

Please contact Client Relations. If you need some additional time they are typically pretty easy about providing extensions on those dates.
