Just had a look at file age instead of best match, an found out that dates of files uploads seem to be messed up. Files I have uploaded last month are dated back to may instead...

are you sure it is not a date format issue? Like, September 5th, 2012 could be shown as 9-5-12 or 5-9-12

ops, so ashamed I missed this! ... I guess it was. Apologies!

At least I'm glad it's not another bug.

Any news about the zoom? It's been almost 2 months now.

Anyone? I bought credits in bulk but in the continued absence of zoom, and the ongoing bugs, pauses and unresponsive browsing, I've been buying elsewhere, which has effectively doubled my costs. I'm now considering, as they do not fit the purpose for which they were purchased, having my credits refunded.

You can always ask for a refund if image doesn't fit.

The thread titled  "2012 Redeemed Credit Targets" has just been deleted.

This thread was, to the best of my knowledge the only place where people could see what the 2012 RC targets were (there's a new locked thread in Help with this info), and it is also the place where people first discovered and discussed the fact that no one who had already hit those targets was in fact being paid at the new rate.

Several times, Lobo posted in that thread saying he'd have an update about that problem, but then missed his "by the end of the week" deadline and disappeared. Meanwhile, hundreds of contributors were underpaid by many, many thousands of dollars. Now, the entire thread has been deleted, and the google results for the thread title simply redirects you to the main forum landing page.

Here's what we need to know:

1) Does the removal of this thread mean that iStock is revising the 2012 RC targets? (the 2011 targets thread has also disappeared, incidentally) Apparently not. The new (locked) thread seems to have the same targets as the old one.
2) When will contributors be paid retroactive payments for the period when they were underpaid royalties by as much as 20%. (note that in the new locked thread Lobo does say "I will update this stickie to reflect any changes to the Retro Payments")
3) Why is iStock literally shutting down discussion of this topic? If there's new info to provide or it was your opinion that the convo had gone stale, why delete the entire conversation instead of locking it?

/^I just got my power back and was looking for that same thread.

What happened to it?

Mkay, so I'll edit my post above to remove the bit about it being the only place to see the targets. But still: it's strange and frustrating that they'd choose to delete the whole conversation.

You can always ask for a refund if image doesn't fit.

Making a purchase, each time one wishes to inspect an image, would be a prohibitively impractical way of browsing, refunds or otherwise.

don't get me wrong, I don't think it is a long time solution. Just something that may help meanwhile.

If the purpose was to license content, they still do work.

2 months without zoom! Impressive!

Let's look the positive side. If the customers are still here we have good probabilities to survive...

Is there an ETA for the zoom?

I know it's early yet but based on the number of BME's I'm seeing on the Oct sales thread so far maybe the buyers are getting used to the zoom's absence......

We are very happy to report that stats have now been corrected and are displaying all sales from credit, cash and subscription purchases! We know this has been extremely frustrating and we appreciate your patience. Your stats appear in quite a few spots on the site so we've outlined all the areas that the Technology team carefully reviewed and fixed. It's important to note that these stats all update on different schedules and can be up to 24 hours behind. For (near) real time information, please continue to use your My Uploads page.

FILE DOWNLOADS PAGE
• Total royalties/daily stats/monthly stats/extended license tab

MAIN TOOLBAR BALANCE
MY UPLOADS
• Views/Royalties/Downloads/Downloads by Month/Last download/Extended license tab

PROFILE PAGE
• Downloads in the right hand column shows total lifetime values
• Financials tab: shows exact total earnings for Total Downloads and Account Balance
• Stats tab: All graphs should show exact stats underneath as well as by mousing over
*please note that Regular Downloads by File Type was causing some issues so we’re going to keep working on it
• CSV: both CSV options (royalties and downloads)

FILE CLOSE UP
• Download total, this includes free files
• Download total will be rounded. Exact stats will now be found on the My Uploads page

VIEWS
• Delayed Royalties: Columns have been shifted back into correct place.
