Are contributors being paid correctly?

If I open the Thinkstock site I can see image packs and subscriptions. I know we get a set rate for subscription sales, but what should we be getting paid for image pack sales?
The smallest image pack is 5 images for $179 which means about $35 per image or at 20% for us that is $7.16The image packs are:
5 images for $179 = ~$35.8 per image and at 20% that should mean $7.16 for contributors
25 images at $399 = ~$15.96 per image and at 20% that should mean $3.19 for contributors
100 images at $1199 = ~$11.99 per image and at 20% that should mean $2.40 for contributors
250 images at $1999 = ~$8 per image and at 20% that should mean $1.60 for contributors
Looking at those numbers and my sales I have a few at $1.60 and some near the $2.40 value but none at the other values. Have the prices changed recently? Or do buyers just buy subscriptions? Given that a month month subscription is $329 and you can download 25 images a day for a month (so around 750 images) you would be somewhat mad to buy an image pack

So in the case of an Image Pack 5 sales where the contributor pays $35 per image the contributor gets $4.36 an amazing 12.5% royalty? Or for an Image pack 250 where we the contributor is paying $8 per image and the contributor gets $1.32 we get 16.5%.
Kind of pathetic really.
