I think it would now be time to start seeing September PP downloads, but nothing yet, so I came here looking for answers.
There are no answers, only unsolved problems, but alarmed (I don't come here often and got unused to such a level os problems) I went searching Thinkstock for my files.
The site detects I'm in Portugal and when I search for my name (to see my port there) I got 1 file!! WTF?!
The I selected UK: zero result, US: zero, Canada: zero, Australia: zero, italy:zero, spain: zero, germany: most of the portfolio, minus 1 (minus those never got through the conveir belt)!
Can anyone explain why searches yield different results for differents countries selected?
Can anyone explain why my files appear only when I select Deutschland (Germany)?
I went to Photos.com and I get the same 1 when in portuguese but none other in any other language.
But when I search for image keywords some "missing files" are still there.
Are these guys trying to translate names in searches?!

Most of my files are also not being transferred over. I did a search over the weekend for mine after also noticing that I received no payments for last month over the weekend. I'm a new contributor with a small portfolio so out of the 86 files that I have in iStock only 32 of them have actually made it to the partner sites. Very hit & miss and hardly any of my newer files. The other 54 are nowhere to be found and I have no way to manually put them over there. The partner program is another joke on iStock's part. It doesn't work just like half of everything else here. So you are not alone in your frustration.

I'm not seeing any of my files on thinkstock / photos.com. Not by any search method. And sales are nil.
This search on Google: site:istockphoto.com "whiteway" brings up over 250,000 hits.
The equivalent search on both thinkstock and photos.com - nothing.
Do any Google searches on these PP sites bring results? Have they ever? Pretty poor, if not.

I just checked both with "whiteway" and no results... yet mine are still showing on both sites... still with no additions. Did you give them a phone call?

^ Thanks for double-checking. I have dropped a note to CR, and mentioned it in the 'bug' thread.
It also seems that my PP sales have disappeared down a virtual plughole**. I have had over 200 images with the PP for some time, and there should now be 350+.
**On checking, I see I have no PP or GI sales since April.
ETA: I have now tried ringing the freephone number and was moved around to a number with an absentee owner. So I've e-mailed Thinkstock directly.

I think(based on search of my files) that we have lost posibility(that we used to have) to find our files by searching by names. Files apear when searched by keywords(at least some of them).

^ I think my images were plain missing.
I searched using both my user name and copyright name, with and without double quotes. I then searched for an obvious keyword ( 119 ), that would be sure to locate an image of mine. Nada.
Since then, my initial images have come alive again (with the help of oldladybird), and can be located using the copyright name in double quotes "Roger Whiteway" as the keyword, both on thinkstock and on photos.com. Also, the 119 image now shows in the top few for this search.
For complete satisfaction, I just need to see the recent additions to the PP (about 100 of them) added in to the mix.

I've done the search with double quotes and I get to see my files again. And some fairly recent files uploaded some weeks ago have gone through.
Well, some of them. Since I'm non exclusive I should have my entire port there, but there's about 90 files missing.
Oh well, considering present IS status I consider that to be normal :-|
Thanks Whiteway, I didn't know about the double quotes need. I think it was not necessary sometime ago. At least not for my name.

I've just done the search with double quotes too and... nothing. For me it's not working

I search for my name with two spaces between the first name and the last name and it works. What I mean is if I search for "David<space>Clark" it returns nothing. If I search for "David<space><space>Clark" I get about 450 of my images. There should be more like 600, but it's better than nothing. As far as I can see, only one file has gone across since I initially chose to enter the PP in February.

^ I usually search using single quotes and single space. In your example that would be 'David<space>Clark'.
When I tried it, I got 358 results. Using "David<space><space>Clark" I got 357 results.
The weird thing is, both of my attempts had a lot less hits than the 450 you are getting.

@whiteway: Use single quotes, that got me 32 results. ( 'whiteway' is what I used. )

^ Weird. "Roger Whiteway" was getting me my old total number (around 233) a day or so back. Now that search, too, gets me - 32.
ETA: Also, I see that my diagnostic search for 119 does not bring up my image now, not on either site.

Strange thing about the search on thinkstock... I have a few hundreds photos in the Hemera collection (old stockxpert photos) and used to be able to see them by searching for my name in quotation marks with that collection selected, but for a week or so, nothing comes up... The photos ae there.. I can find them in topical searches, but how do I see my portfolio?

I just did a random check again on thinkstock just to see if anything more had been added and I found 4 new images had made it over...funny thing is that of the 4, 3 of them are so new that iStocks slower than molasses indexing system hasn't even indexed them on iStock yet!! The indexing on iStock is almost as slow as the inspection queue. Me thinks that is kinda sad when they show up on the pp sites before they do on iStock!! But at least they're available to be seen SOMEWHERE...so now I am up to 36 out of a total of about 91 images that have made it over. So random....
