GI royalties Summary

Sooo, anyone have any January iTunes GI sales? Usually they go through before the end of the following month.

So I guess it's just me that didn't get any GI iTunes sales for January? Anyone else out there get any? Is it delayed? Am I just the only paying attention?

It's quite sleepy there last time I didn't get any too

They aren't in yet... Should be today, monday (it was said for GI sales so I presume it will include Apple sales also)

Im looking into this, here is an overall update. I should have information for you tomorrw and ideally this will all be resolved by wednesday.

Hi Everyone, sorry for the delay in updating you. It's true, we did run into some technical problems that have set us back another day. Sigh.
I spoke with the Finance team and we can push back the payout cutoff until Wednesday morning at 11am and still have your payments to you on Monday as usual. 
Once the testing happens tomorrow morning and I know they are going to start pushing out the royalties, I'll let you know.

It looks that some Apple sales went through on Monday. I've got some 0.25 $ in my stats for probably one file there (still can't locate what it is), but for another file I didn't get any royalties yet

Nothing has come through for me. 

One Apple sale on 01.02.2013??? 

The report did not run completely. We ran into some errors with the apple report so it was stopped. The report is being re-run to account for these errors so the sales showing on your stats are not acurate. Will keep you in the loop. 

Thanks Jeff! I just hope it's gona work this time... and why is anyone tempering with that script or whatever is reporting our money from Apple... it's working properly for some time now... don't touch it guys )))) (joke)

Doesn't give you much confidence about getting the correct money earned if the reports are so temperamental.

Tampering sounds intriguing but the reality is that if we have any files error we re-run the report to make sure all royalties are accounted for. 


Im seeing purple accross janary stats for you guys. Looks like we are back on track. Look for feb results mid march. If you are not seeing your stats, clear your cache and try again. Let me know if you stil have issues.

Does your March only have 14 days in it? Lol.

Normal reporting would be at the end of March for February sales.


And given that it's March 7th already, in about eight days we should get our February statements if I understood Jeff correctly. 


That's 16 days before schedule. 


And that's a big "whohoooo" for me and my heart attacks when script gets late in the game like yesterday and I think I didn't made any sales for the previous month
