Hi. Yesterday someone downloaded my TRACK that is marked as Elaborate track, so it cost 44$ or 26 credits. As my royalty rate is 25% i assume that i should get 25% from 44$ - or something about - due to situation that someone could buy more credits for lower price (am i right?).

Nevertheless it should be about 10-11$ - as it always used to be when my previous tracks were bought. But now i got $4.68 from my track and i've started to think is it evetyrhing alright with this transaction/track, and if it is can someone explain me how something like that can occur. Maybe It is something usual, i'm not a old stager on istock, but i'm also not new here. I haven't faced with situation like that before

Thanks for help in advance!

44 $ is the pay-as-you-go fee for clients who just buy credits enough to buy your file. Other clients prefer to buy credits bundles so they have a discount on the price (for lower price, as you said) for single credit, and this should be the reason why you have elaborate file for lower selling price for certain kind of clients. But wait for admins to have a better explanation or, if you are not sure about that, ask support.

And we can buy credits at $1 each with our earnings. So, the sale could have been made from a variety of genuine credit options.
