I have just been contacted by a customer who wants to download my file "18294736", and can't. I went to have a look and this file is displayed as costing 0 credits! and is undownloadable! Could you please correct this as a matter of some urgency - thankyou.

Ask the customer to try again please, I've reprocessed the file.

Thankyou, It does look alright now, I have sitemailed the customer to let them know.


Any idea how many files this issue is affecting? or do i have to double check all my files?
