Booking hotels and flights - just wanted to confirm the hotel address?  I'm not 100% sure if I'm looking at the right one.

Lypse Update:


Well we have lost quite a number of people and are now down to 11 plus Joe and I.   That puts a strain on the budget.   So we might have to car pool to the farm.  It is in Plant City.   There will be maps in your packets.  I might need some help with transporting some of the models if anyone has room.    We have a hotel booked in case of rain.   We are visiting the farm this Sunday and will post images after that.    Both Joe and I have battery packs for light set ups out doors as well as sand bags.


It has not been easy to get and keep the models.   I am doing my best with the seniors, but boy are they distrustful.   I'll keep working on it right up till the lypse.

Evelyn, I will have a rental car with two seats open so if anyone needs a ride I do not have a problem with helping out. I will be arriving Thursday after 9 pm.

I'll have a rental car as well if anyone needs a ride. I can pack in some lights and stuff too.

I was not planning on getting a rental car to save money, will it be possible to get a ride with someone?

^ Sure, I will not be staying at the same hotel but I do not see any problems with it, happy to help.

I'll have a rental car too with 3 seats available, and some boot space.

We have a pig mobile that will have some room. We will be staying at the Comfort Inn.

The hotel is overbooked, no rooms available.  Where else are you guys staying?

I am bringing a four, almost five year old to model.  She's an Orlando Lypse oldster by now  She broke her arm a few weeks ago, but is out of her cast and in a brace.  We'll bring the brace and she can model with and without it.  However, she cannot do any activity that involves strenuous activity without the brace.  She also plays soccer here and might be willing to model that.  Actually if you are not above bribing her, she'll model for you.  She is almost 5 though, so her attention span is rather short.  My partner will be with us and will be the wrangler.

/I booked ten rooms and as of yesterday only five were taken.  Did you call the number on the front page??  We had until the 26th. 


I just talked to the hotel they said I still have five rooms available for our group.  You have to use the number on the front page and tell them you are with our group.


Other wise the hotel is completely booked.

Well that's annoying, I called the number on the main page of the thread and told them I was with the iStockPhoto group, and she said there was nothing left and the hotel was completely overbooked.  


So I booked at the Holiday Inn next door.
